Forecasting and Insight Lead, PAC + Korea

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic member of the PAC Leadership Team, partnering with senior management to shape business strategy through high-impact insights and market understanding.
• Lead forecasting and insight generation across PAC and Korea markets using innovative AI-enabled approaches to solve complex business problems.
• Translate market, brand, and competitive dynamics into decision-ready recommendations for leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to PAC and Korea leaders by leading NPP strategy planning and market analytics for upcoming product launches.
• Connect business performance, external market trends, and portfolio priorities to strategic actions that accelerate growth and improve resource allocation.
