Ford Service Technician/Mobile Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
• Perform warranty repairs according to Ford standards and procedures
• Conduct inspections to identify additional maintenance or repair needs
• Test-drive vehicles to verify completed repairs
• Complete repair orders accurately and communicate recommendations to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform vehicle repairs to manufacturer standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Ford Certifications
• ASE Certifications
• Previous automotive technician experience
• Specialized diagnostic and electrical repair experience
• Experience with Ford vehicles and manufacturer repair procedures
