Responsibilities

• Support the Sourcing Team by maintaining data regarding supplier quality issues
• Facilitate raw material and sample testing and communicate results to stakeholders
• Collate data on leather sourcing and volumes for the Leather Working Group
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain necessary documentation
• Access internal order tracking systems to advise on shipment schedules
• Follow up with distribution centres to ensure samples are sent to HQ and suppliers
• Support cost negotiations and work with brand partners to achieve margins
• Work with UK and Asia Supply Chain teams on production schedules and material approvals
• Investigate quality issues, find solutions, and report findings to the QA Technical manager
• Ensure international compliance documentation is accessible to prevent shipping delays

Requirements

• Technically trained in footwear fitting and grading
• Previous experience in footwear production or sourcing
• Experience in women’s premium fashion footwear
• Strong understanding of leather
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and high attention to detail
