Footwear Fitting Model

Responsibilities

• Perform shoe fitting with various parties and provide detailed fit comments across development, commercialization, and production stages
• Provide comparative fit feedback from proto to final fit samples
• Work with Fit Technicians to ensure feedback is accurately captured in FIT and WEAR TRIAL reports
• Share constructive feedback with Design, Innovation, and Product Development teams
• Support components library maintenance and perform ad-hoc administration
• Analyze fitting products and offer recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Must meet specific size requirements: UK Size 5D, Foot Length 237mm, Joint Girth 233mm, Instep Girth 225mm
• Must maintain foot shape and measurement within a ¼" of approved measurements
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Fit Model preferred
• Knowledge of basic footwear terminology
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to be measured and photographed for internal use
• Ability to travel internationally
