Footwear Costing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day cost expertise during product creation cycles, managing cost drivers within Cost Breakdown (CBD) sheets.
• Review technical specifications, cost documentation, and manufacturing processes to ensure accurate and competitive costs.
• Ensure Free On Board (FOB) submissions are completed on time with accurate data, following all required timelines.
• Lead seasonal deep-dive analysis on product cost to identify key drivers and variances.
• Identify, document, and scale costing best practices across factory partners to drive consistency and transparency.
• Facilitate cost optimization activities with internal and factory partners, focusing on high-volume and high-impact models.
• Support the evaluation of factory costing performance and provide data-backed feedback and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Footwear Costing, Product Development, Engineering, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a factory-based environment and collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and factory leadership.
• A self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
