About the role
Responsibilities
- Confirm support staff for all camera and audio crews for weekly games
- Communicate club policies regarding credentialing, parking, and security
- Coordinate COVID protocols based on League and local requirements
- Manage last-minute crew changes and adapt to obstacles
- Coordinate air, hotel, and ground transportation with the travel department
- Document game specifics and provide details to crews
- Prepare and track FedEx shipments to crew members
- Monitor and approve timecards and coordinate background checks with HR
- Coordinate media recovery with courier companies
- Collaborate with departments to ensure proper documentation of game media
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to handle emergency calls and emails over weekends
- Ability to work until deadlines are met
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of production experience
