About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, commercial plans, and portfolio tactics for the Foods category.
  • Define and manage the market portfolio, including channel prioritization and pack/price architecture.
  • Lead the creation of the Country/Category annual plan and cascade growth strategies to local market needs.
  • Provide market input on upcoming innovations and manage product launch tracking and volume estimates.
  • Build and drive execution of 360 GTM plans covering all 6Ps.
  • Create compelling trade presentations, lead customer projects, and manage trade pricing windows.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, including RSP recommendations and promotional guidelines.
  • Lead performance management, including financial forecasting and country performance reviews.
  • Act as the 1U trade marketing lead to shape in-store brand execution and coordinate POS material development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience in go-to-market roles such as sales, marketing, or category management.
  • Proven experience with customer engagement, projects, and a strong understanding of local retailer dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of category management with the ability to convert insights into business growth.
  • High level of business acumen in strategic and operational planning, commercial acumen, and NRM.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience converting go-to-market strategies through Unilever's specific capacities.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver tangible outcomes with a strong bias for implementation.
  • Expertise in Brand Marketing.
