About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of trade category plans for assigned channels
- Translate customer and shopper insights into actionable business building opportunities
- Build account and channel-specific trade plans to deliver brand and category objectives
- Identify trade spend opportunities, allocate funds, and analyze potential risks
- Manage monthly rolling forecasts, including promotion sell-out volume and market intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, re-launches, and consumer promotions
- Coordinate with Shopper Marketing to execute category and schematic shopper promotions
- Oversee in-store POSM design, production, and installation to ensure excellence in activation
- Conduct ROI and post-promotion evaluations to measure effectiveness
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Strategy & Planning (CSP) or Trade Marketing at a management level
- Strong expertise in both channel and category development
- Proven data analysis skills to drive decision-making
- English working proficiency
- Growth mindset with a strong result-oriented approach
