About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dining hall operations and ensure smooth service coordination
- Supervise Assistant Managers and Floor Supervisors to meet service standards
- Coordinate with the Reception Manager to align floor and reception activities
- Monitor guest experience and resolve service issues professionally
- Support the Operations Manager in monitoring efficiency and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational regulations
- Assume responsibility for venue operations in the absence of the Operations Manager
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in high-volume restaurants or food halls preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Arabic
