About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dining hall operations and ensure smooth service coordination
  • Supervise Assistant Managers and Floor Supervisors to meet service standards
  • Coordinate with the Reception Manager to align floor and reception activities
  • Monitor guest experience and resolve service issues professionally
  • Support the Operations Manager in monitoring efficiency and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational regulations
  • Assume responsibility for venue operations in the absence of the Operations Manager

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience in high-volume restaurants or food halls preferred
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Arabic
