About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Food Hall tenant onboarding program
- Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Compliance for seamless store openings
- Act as the main commercial and operational relationship owner for all tenants
- Monitor tenant performance, sales, and revenue using POS systems
- Develop monthly tenant dashboards and performance insights
- Curate a balanced mix of cuisines, concepts, and price points
- Conduct curation gap analysis to identify missing cuisines or customer segments
- Research the market to source new local and international operators
- Develop a tenant pipeline and onboarding roadmap aligned with Food Hall vision
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in hospitality, food halls, retail leasing, F&B operations, or tenant management
- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-operator environments
- Strong commercial and analytical background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and reporting systems
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Understanding of restaurant operations, menus, and kitchen workflows
