Foodhall Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across front-of-house, kitchens, back-of-house, and service areas
• Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure consistent delivery of a world-class guest experience and manage CRM performance
• Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Saudi regulatory standards
• Oversee maintenance, facilities, logistics, and waste management systems
• Manage tenant onboarding, operational performance, and end-of-tenancy processes
• Execute site-level sales and marketing plans to drive footfall and revenue
• Own on-site financial performance, including revenue, cost control, and annual budgeting
• Lead, coach, and develop management and operational teams
• Develop and report on KPIs to the TGP Food Hall Director

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in a senior F&B or hospitality management role
• Proven experience managing multi-operator environments like food halls, malls, or large restaurant groups
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of the Saudi hospitality and F&B market
• Advanced verbal and written English (Arabic preferred)
• Strong financial, operational, and commercial acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of Saudi food safety, labor, and licensing regulations
• Experience leading multicultural teams in high-volume environments
