Food Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create and submit menus ensuring nutritional adequacy, including modified and special diets
• Establish quality standards for planning, preparation, and food yield
• Order food and related supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
• Requisition and inspect foodstuffs, supplies, and equipment
• Conduct in-service training on nutritional areas and food service procedures
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
• Develop written standard operating procedures for dietary programs
• Inspect equipment and food preparation for cleanliness, functionality, and sanitation compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Management or a related field
• One to two years of related experience or training
• Previous supervisory experience
