Food Service Pool

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee the preparation of daily meals for students and staff
• Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met
• Collaborate with the Food Service Director on menu planning and special events
• Supervise kitchen staff and student workers
• Manage inventory, rotation, and waste minimization
• Create a welcoming and respectful environment consistent with Christian hospitality

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or institutional food service
• Faith, service, and lifestyle that aligns with University expectations and doctrinal statements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to pass a background check
