Food Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food service operations and ensure quality standards
• Greet and assist customers to deliver an excellent experience
• Train all store employees on food service procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain a friendly, inviting store environment for guests and staff
• Drive sales and profit growth for the food service program
• Ensure ServSafe compliance and food safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• ServSafe certification
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand, reach, and move about for up to 12 hours
• Ability to use a ladder and lift objects up to 50 lbs or more
• Strong customer service and team leadership abilities
