Responsibilities
- Manage the food program, including food preparation and merchandising
- Delegate tasks to coworkers and provide necessary training
- Set the example for excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals and maintains a clean, inviting store
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
Requirements
- 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Strong people skills and the ability to motivate others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities quickly
- Availability to work full-time (up to 45 hours per week), primarily 1st shift
