Food Service Generalist

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to documented recipes and monitor food quality.
• Maintain condiments, garnishes, and replenishment of assigned areas.
• Ensure proper temperatures and HACCP conditions on serving lines.
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers, check meal tickets, and process cash transactions.
• Perform dishwashing duties, including cleaning pots, pans, and foodservice equipment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area, including freezers and storerooms.
• Assist with catered functions and participate in recipe testing.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
• Ability to use standard cooking and dishwashing equipment.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift: Sunday – Thursday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service.
