Food Service Generalist

High School diploma or equivalent, Ability to operate cash register, Ability to use cooking and dish washing equipment
About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to documented recipes and monitor food quality.
- Maintain condiments, garnishes, and replenishment of assigned areas.
- Ensure proper temperatures and HACCP conditions on serving lines.
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
- Operate cash registers, check meal tickets, and process cash transactions.
- Perform dishwashing duties, including cleaning pots, pans, and foodservice equipment.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area, including freezers and storerooms.
- Assist with catered functions and participate in recipe testing.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate a cash register.
- Ability to use standard cooking and dishwashing equipment.
- Ability to work the scheduled shift: Sunday – Thursday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service.
