About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to documented recipes and monitor food quality.
- Maintain condiments, garnishes, and replenishment of assigned areas.
- Ensure proper temperatures and HACCP conditions on serving lines.
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
- Operate cash registers, check meal tickets, and process cash transactions.
- Perform kitchen cleaning duties, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Clean equipment, freezers, refrigerators, and general kitchen areas.
- Assist with catered functions and participate in recipe testing.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate cash registers.
- Ability to use standard cooking and dish washing equipment.
- Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service.
