Food Service & Dishwasher Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain IKEA Food menu items according to established concepts and sustainability standards
• Maintain a clean supply of dishes, silverware, utensils, and cookware in compliance with Food Safety Standards
• Respond to customer inquiries and process sales transactions accurately following cash handling policies
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining and play areas
• Manage stock rotation using FIFO methods and oversee merchandising and pricing in the Swedish Food Market
• Maintain equipment through regular cleaning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Adhere to all workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Food Handler Certification/card required within 30 days of employment
• Ability to follow food safety, hygiene, and cash-handling policies
• Availability for a fully open work schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in high-volume customer-facing or retail environments preferred
