Food Service Call Center Operator

Responsibilities

• Process inpatient meal orders, diet orders, special services, consults, transfers, and nourishments
• Provide high-quality customer service to patients
• Answer incoming phone calls within a call center environment
• Deliver patient nourishments
• Actively attend departmental meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet specific patient needs

Requirements

• Some training beyond high school (less than an Associate's Degree)
• At least three months of experience in an office, food service, or hospitality setting
• Proficiency with Windows computer environments
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using an automated call distribution system
