Food Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare items and assume responsibilities for assigned service stations
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper tool and equipment use
• Comply with FoodSafe and ServeSafe standards, including temperature recording
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, kitchen, dining area, and equipment
• Clean dishes and cutlery manually or via dishwasher
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain speed of service standards
• Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or food service
• Food Safety certification
• WHMIS certification
• Ability to work Monday - Thursday 12pm - 8pm shift
• Weekend availability for occasional catering
• Strong customer service skills
