Food Security Expert

Responsibilities

• Participate in seed recognition in accordance with the Seed Act
• Prepare expert reports for field recognition and seed recognition
• Conduct field inspections and operational audits at seed production sites
• Deliver training sessions within the field of seed technology
• Engage in national and international cooperation with specialized organizations
• Support the implementation of EU legislation regarding seeds in Austria

Requirements

• University degree in Agriculture, Biology, or an equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in English and strong IT skills
• Valid Driver's license (Category B)
• Willingness to perform field work and travel for external duties
• High level of flexibility, accuracy, and reliability
• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
