Food Salesperson (Fishmonger/Poissonnerie)

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and serve customers at the fish counter to ensure high satisfaction
• Promote the brand's commitment to quality products and build customer loyalty
• Set up attractive displays and manage department animation while respecting pricing and information regulations
• Ensure continuous stock replenishment throughout the day
• Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
• Manage merchandise by receiving and controlling incoming products and assisting with order proposals

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer contact
• A commercial mindset and appetite for sales
• A genuine passion for high-quality food products
• Previous experience in a traditional retail or fresh food department is preferred
