Food Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and advice regarding food products in fresh and dry departments
• Support customers from the gastronomy sector with inquiries and wishes
• Perform cash register transactions as needed
• Stock shelves and freezer units, including in cooler environments
• Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
• Ensure quality assurance through HACCP and expiration date monitoring

Requirements

• Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Retailer)
• Open to career changers with professional training provided
• Customer-oriented mindset and passion for retail
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
