About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and advice regarding the dry food product range
- Assist customers from the gastronomy sector with questions and requests
- Stock shelves and freezers, including in cooler environments
- Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
- Ensure quality assurance by monitoring expiration dates and HACCP standards
Requirements
- Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale/Retail Merchant)
- Career changers are welcome and will receive training
- Customer-oriented mindset and passion for retail
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
