Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site audits regarding food safety, health, hygiene, and brand standards for restaurant and hospitality clients.
• Provide expert consultation to customers on best practices for food safety and hygiene management.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to support brand compliance.
• Deliver coaching and training to clients in food-related safety areas.
• Manage a defined geographic territory efficiently to support recurring and quarterly audits.

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English.
• Proven experience conducting food safety audits (e.g., in retail food, hotel F&B, convenience stores, or gas stations).
• Professional certification in food safety, such as HACCP or ISO 22000.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule for recurring audits.
