About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform and complete the third-party audit cycle for Food Safety
- Conduct desk studies of client management systems
- Prepare audit checklists and itineraries
- Conduct on-site audits according to established procedures
- Prepare and complete audit packages and reports
- Communicate with clients regarding system standards
- Review, customize, and conduct training programs
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to auditors under training
- Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related bio-science or chemical engineering discipline
- At least 5 years of full-time experience in food-chain related industries
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety functions
- Experience in food manufacturing, catering, retail, transport, or bio/chemicals
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work onsite in Makati Office from Monday to Friday
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional License
- IRCA/JRCA Certified Lead Auditor Course completion
