Responsibilities
- Plan and actively participate in conducting audits
- Write audit reports
- Assist in the creation and development of audit grids
- Participate in regulatory monitoring
- Support the development of the audit division in La Réunion
- Help implement procedures for certification
Requirements
- Degree (Bac Pro, BTS, DUT) in biology, biochemistry, or food quality control
- Previous experience in the food industry preferred
- Deep knowledge of food hygiene
- Proficiency in HACCP methods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigorous, enthusiastic, and humble approach
