Food Runner/Barback

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards
• Support bartenders by stocking bar supplies, glassware, garnishes, and ice
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables
• Help set up tables with appropriate tableware, utensils, and napkins
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly to maintain a clean dining environment
• Ensure the dining room, bar area, and service stations remain clean and organized
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both as a team player and independently
• Physical mobility and stamina to handle a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work with little to no supervision
• Flexibility to work various hours
• Must be able to pass a background check
