Food Runner

Responsibilities

• Assist the concessions and food room to ensure kitchen orders are delivered in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner
• Perform table maintenance, opening, running, and closing duties according to service standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by cleaning spills immediately and managing trash and recyclables
• Keep the service line stocked to par throughout the shift
• Stay informed on all menu items, descriptions, and standard operating procedures
• Follow all safety standards and assist other employees as needed

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations or food service (as an Expeditor or Server)
• High School diploma
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
• Exceptional communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud, and high-pressure environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems
