Food Runner

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome to ensure a sensational dining journey.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, considering special dietary requirements and preferences.
• Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences and ingredient availability.
• Anticipate guest needs and fulfill special requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Assist with table setups and maintain the cleanliness and atmosphere of the dining destination.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to maximize guest satisfaction and uphold luxury standards.
• Support the preparation, setup, and breakdown of high-profile events and parties.
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell bespoke services and exclusive promotions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Professional appearance adhering to luxury grooming standards.
