Food Runner

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests with accuracy, proper presentation, and correct temperature
• Ensure the guest experience exceeds expectations by greeting guests with warmth and anticipating needs
• Follow all established steps of service and maintain a high standard of hospitality
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to maintain dining room flow
• Support To-Go orders and assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
• Comply with all safety, sanitation, and handwashing guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including checking and maintaining restrooms

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• An upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience
