About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests with accuracy, proper presentation, and correct temperature
- Ensure the guest experience exceeds expectations by greeting guests with warmth and anticipating needs
- Follow all established steps of service and maintain a high standard of hospitality
- Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to maintain dining room flow
- Support To-Go orders and assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
- Comply with all safety, sanitation, and handwashing guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including checking and maintaining restrooms
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience
