Food Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative service to sanitation customers within the food industry
• Optimize plant sanitation programs to meet performance standards and PAMP goals
• Identify and facilitate corrective actions on-site
• Prepare written service and usage reports
• Understand and articulate process flows at each account
• Assist in plant surveys, presentations, and service plan design
• Train sanitation employees in group settings
• Participate in regulatory, health, and safety training activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Ability to travel frequently overnight throughout southern Idaho
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Technical or marketing degree
• Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation and its effect on food quality
• Mechanical aptitude
