About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and animate the production team through task distribution, daily briefings, and performance monitoring
- Organize and supervise production activities including series launches, cadence management, and yield control
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and non-conformity management
- Enforce food hygiene and safety rules (GMP, HACCP) and QHSE site instructions
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing process optimization and productivity gains
- Plan and coordinate human and material resources, including scheduling and training needs
- Complete traceability and production documentation, including daily reports and indicator tracking
- Participate in production meetings and ensure communication between quality, maintenance, and logistics departments
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in food production or industry, ideally in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (GMP, HACCP) and QHSE requirements
- Managerial skills including leadership, organization, and conflict resolution
- Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to work under production cadence constraints
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Availability for fixed or rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night)
Preferred Qualifications
- Training or certification in food hygiene
- Driver's license and vehicle
