Food Preparer/Butcher Packager

Responsibilities

• Package fresh products prepared by the butcher team, as well as items from the fishmonger, deli, and catering departments
• Ensure all packaging meets strict hygiene and presentation standards
• Stock shelves and arrange merchandise according to specific layout and presentation guidelines
• Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment in collaboration with the manager
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to shoppers in the department

Requirements

• Previous experience working with hygiene and food safety standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled laboratory environment (approximately 8°C)
• Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and unforeseen tasks
