About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform food sampling activities and hygienic-sanitary inspections
- Conduct inspection, sampling, and shipping of hydrobiological products
- Prepare inspection-related documentation
- Report non-conformities to the group leader or coordinator during inspections
- Perform supervision and audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's or professional degree in Fishery Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Fishery and Biological Sciences, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the sector
- Availability to work rotating shifts and travel
