Food & Beverage Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Organize daily operations for the Food & Beverage team across various outlets including the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.
• Ensure 5-star service quality and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate the team to exceed guest expectations and align with premium brand standards.
• Conduct team training and communicate key feedback to the Food & Beverage leadership team.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support menu implementation and delivery.
• Monitor rosters and staffing schedules to meet operational requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a premium hotel environment.
• Proven experience in staff rostering and scheduling.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling best practices.
• Valid RSA in SA (RP Badge is a bonus).
• Ability to provide an Australian National police clearance upon offer.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• WSET qualification.
• Strong emotional intelligence and advanced communication skills.
