About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across all service outlets
- Lead, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety, and food safety regulations
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance development
- Coordinate service during busy periods and special events
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Assist with rostering and labour cost management
- Lead bar operations
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, or bar)
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Current LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid New Zealand work visa, residency, or citizenship
