Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department to ensure high-level guest service
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to enquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring professional and timely execution
• Deliver on departmental plans, hotel initiatives, and performance targets
• Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, and productivity levels
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values
• Ensure adherence to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities

Requirements

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Proficiency in working with various IT systems and platforms
• Strong communication skills and personal integrity
