About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department to ensure high service levels
- Proactively improve guest satisfaction and respond to enquiries
- Support the delivery of food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets
- Supervise the F&B team to foster growth, development, and performance
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Support departmental programmes for service standards, profitability, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements for audits
