About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department to ensure high service levels
  • Proactively improve guest satisfaction and respond to enquiries
  • Support the delivery of food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets
  • Supervise the F&B team to foster growth, development, and performance
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support departmental programmes for service standards, profitability, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements for audits
