Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department
- Improve guest satisfaction and respond to enquiries proactively
- Support the delivery of food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets
- Supervise the food & beverage team to foster growth and performance
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Support departmental programmes for service standards, profitability, and cost control
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and due diligence requirements
