Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department
• Improve guest satisfaction and respond to enquiries proactively
• Support the delivery of food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets
• Supervise the food & beverage team to foster growth and performance
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
• Support departmental programmes for service standards, profitability, and cost control
• Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and due diligence requirements

• Experience in food & beverage service
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills
• Hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
