Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department
• Improve guest satisfaction and respond to enquiries
• Support the delivery of food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets
• Supervise the food & beverage team and foster a culture of growth
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
• Support departmental programmes for service standards, profitability, and cost control
• Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and due diligence requirements

Requirements

• Experience in food & beverage service management
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills
• Commitment to exceptional guest service
• Proven problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working with IT systems
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English
