Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food and Beverage department in the absence of the F&B Manager
• Support the monitoring of daily operations in the F&B area
• Responsible for training and coaching service staff
• Oversee table assignments, reservations, and event organization
• Control stocks of food, beverages, and consumables
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
• Act as the primary contact for guest complaints and resolve issues

Requirements

• Experience in F&B or service industry
• Good German and English language skills
• Strong supervisory and management skills
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and provide recommendations
• Proficiency with digital tools and new systems
• Strong communication skills
