Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department to ensure high-level guest service.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction by delivering timely responses to enquiries.
• Supervise the F&B team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
• Support the delivery of departmental programmes to advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities for audits.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food & beverage service.
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service within the hospitality industry.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to find creative solutions.
• Proficiency with various IT systems and platforms.
• Strong communication skills and personal integrity.
