Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department to ensure high-level guest service.
  • Proactively improve guest satisfaction by delivering timely responses to enquiries and needs.
  • Supervise the F&B team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
  • Assist in achieving hotel targets and departmental objectives regarding profitability and cost control.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities for audits.

  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.

  • Proficiency in working with various IT systems and platforms.
