Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department
• Coordinate shift work and ensure compliance with hotel procedures and standards
• Support a culture of growth, development, and efficiency within the department
• Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient F&B operations

Requirements

• Experience in a similar supervisory position
• Proficiency in Polish and English
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
