Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational leadership to a team of 2 to 10 colleagues
• Welcome and advise guests on menu and drinks
• Take orders and communicate accurately to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages professionally
• Proactively respond to guest needs and encourage upselling
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members
• Optimize shift planning and support recruitment
• Handle payments and use POS systems correctly
• Coordinate event setups and manage staff during banqueting

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role in hospitality
• Hands-on attitude
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
• Good command of English
• Dutch language skills are a plus
