About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational leadership to a team of 2 to 10 colleagues
- Welcome and advise guests on menu and drinks
- Take orders and communicate accurately to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages professionally
- Proactively respond to guest needs and encourage upselling
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Optimize shift planning and support recruitment
- Handle payments and use POS systems correctly
- Coordinate event setups and manage staff during banqueting
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role in hospitality
- Hands-on attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Good command of English
- Dutch language skills are a plus
