About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Food and Beverage department in the absence of the F&B Manager
- Support the monitoring of daily operations in the F&B area
- Responsible for training and coaching service staff
- Oversee table assignments, reservations, and event organization
- Control stocks of food, beverages, and consumables
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Act as the primary contact for guest complaints and resolve issues
Requirements
- Experience in F&B or service industry
- Good German and English language skills
- Strong supervisory and management skills
- Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
- Ability to find creative solutions and provide recommendations
- Proficiency with digital tools and new systems
- Strong communication skills
