Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service staff team to ensure high-standard beverage and dining experiences.
• Ensure service standards are applied consistently to all guests at all times.
• Anticipate guest requirements and provide proactive service before requests are made.
• Utilize the hotel's computer system for ringing up sales, printing checks, and completing closing readings.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction and resolve any issues, informing management of resolutions.
• Oversee mise en place and setup for upcoming daily events.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all service areas, stores, and back-of-house areas.
• Handle cash and credit card procedures in accordance with accounting department guidelines.

Requirements

• Basic hotel school diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Proven experience in the food and beverage or event field.
• Ability to handle high volumes of luxury guests on a daily basis.
• Experience working within a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute activities with speed and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work long hours and maintain a positive, creative mindset.
