Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service staff team to ensure consistent high standards.
• Ensure service standards are applied to 100% of guests at all times.
• Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and dining experience for all events.
• Anticipate guest requirements and provide service before requests are made.
• Utilize the hotel's computer system for ringing up sales, printing checks, and closing readings.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction and resolve any problems, informing management of resolutions.
• Ensure all setups and mise en place are prepared for the following day's events.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all service areas, stores, and back-of-house areas.
• Handle cash and credit card procedures according to accounting department guidelines.

Requirements

• Basic hotel school diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a 5-star or multicultural hotel environment.
• Proven experience in the food and beverage or events field.
• Ability to handle luxury guest volumes on a daily basis.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute activities with speed and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Creative and positive mindset with experience working in diverse cultural environments.
