Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service staff team to ensure 100% compliance with luxury service standards.
• Anticipate guest requirements and provide professional, unobtrusive dining and beverage service.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including side work, table settings, and mise en place.
• Utilize the hotel's computer system for ringing up sales, printing checks, and completing closing readings.
• Handle guest satisfaction by resolving problems promptly and reporting issues to management.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of private dining rooms, buffets, and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, stores, and back-of-house locations.
• Ensure all cash and credit card procedures follow accounting department guidelines.

Requirements

• Basic hotel school diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a 5-star or luxury multicultural hotel environment.
• Proven experience in the food and beverage or events field.
• Fluency in the Russian language.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of luxury guests.
• Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong multitasking skills with speed and accuracy.
